These Terms and Conditions govern access to, use of, and requests for information, reservations, and payments made through the Big Mo Investments Corp. website.
By using the site, submitting a form, contacting us via WhatsApp, or making a reservation, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
1. Purpose of the Site
The platform offers comprehensive real estate and travel solutions through the following features:

2. Short-Term Reservations
Short-term reservations are subject to availability, system confirmation, payment approval, data validation, and compliance with the policies applicable to each property.
The reservation will be considered confirmed only when the user receives confirmation via email, WhatsApp, the reservation system, or any other official channel used by Big Mo Investments Corp.
Big Mo Investments Corp podrá rechazar, cancelar o modificar una reserva en caso de error evidente de precio, indisponibilidad, incumplimiento de requisitos, sospecha de fraude, problema de pago, restricción legal o restricción del edificio/propiedad.
3. Legal Compliance for Properties
The properties offered are subject to applicable laws in the Republic of Panama, permits, authorizations, building codes, homeowners’ associations, property owners, and relevant authorities. Some properties may have a minimum stay requirement, usage restrictions, or special conditions.
4. Prices and Payments
Prices may vary depending on dates, season, length of stay, number of guests, included services, supplements, cleaning fees, taxes, security deposits, platform commissions, or third-party charges.
Payment may be made by credit card or other accepted methods. Payments are processed by third-party providers; Big Mo Investments Corp does not store full credit card information nor does it directly control banking systems or payment gateways.
5. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds
Cancellation, modification, and refund policies may vary depending on the property, the selected rate, the season, the length of stay, or the specific policy displayed at the time of booking.
● Cancellations made within the permitted timeframe may be eligible for a full or partial refund. ● Cancellations made outside the permitted timeframe may not be refundable. ● Date changes are subject to availability and may be subject to a rate difference. ● In the event of a no-show, Big Mo Investments Corp may retain all or part of the amount paid, in accordance with the property’s established policy.
Approved refunds will be issued via the same payment method used, when possible, and may be subject to bank processing times or third-party fees.
6. Check-in, check-out, and property rules
The guest must comply with check-in and check-out times, the maximum number of guests, building regulations, rules of conduct, prohibitions, and policies regarding pets, parties, noise, smoking, damage, and any other conditions communicated before or during the stay.
Big Mo Investments Corp may request identification documents, contact information, and other information necessary to confirm the reservation and grant access to the property. Failure to comply with the rules may result in cancellation without a refund, additional charges, forfeiture of the deposit, or claims for damages.
7. Damages, Deposits, and Additional Charges
The guest will be responsible for any damages, losses, fines, misuse of the property, violations of the rules, or charges incurred during the stay. Big Mo Investments Corp may request a security deposit, pre-authorization, subsequent billing, or compensation for damages, extra cleaning, loss of keys, access cards, or remote controls, building fines, or expenses caused by the guest.
8. Long-term rentals
The long-term rentals listed or mentioned on the site do not constitute an online reservation, a lease agreement, or a binding commitment through the platform.
Their sole purpose is to generate a contact request. The final terms, availability, price, documentation, guarantees, duration, security deposits, requirements, and contract will be negotiated and formalized directly between the interested party and Big Mo Investments Corp through channels outside the website.
9. Real estate, tours, transportation, and other services
The sections related to real estate, tours, transportation, or other services are for informational purposes or to request contact, unless expressly stated otherwise. When these services are provided by third parties, Big Mo Investments Corp may act as an intermediary, point of contact, or coordinator, without assuming liability for any failures, delays, accidents, changes, cancellations, or conditions specific to the external provider.
10. Information Submitted by the User
The user represents that the information submitted via forms, reservations, WhatsApp, email, or any other channel is true, up-to-date, and complete. Big Mo Investments Corp may reject requests or reservations if the information is false, incomplete, fraudulent, or insufficient.
11. Limitation of Liability
Big Mo Investments Corp. shall not be liable for failures of the Internet, payment systems, PMS, channel managers, or third-party providers; errors on third-party platforms; changes in availability beyond its control; force majeure events; acts by property owners, condominium associations, suppliers, authorities, or third parties; or misuse of the site by the user.
12. Amendments and Governing Law
Big Mo Investments Corp may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will be the one published on the website. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama, and any dispute will be submitted to its competent authorities.
By clicking the “Payment” or “Pay” button, you declare that you are of legal age and that you expressly accept our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and the property’s Cancellation and Refund Policies. You also authorize the charge for the reserved rate and acknowledge the penalties for a no-show or for causing damage to the property.
Big Mo Investments Corp may update the terms and conditions of use and reservation at any time.
